What you'll learn:
The tactical pull-up is one of the best exercises in the pull-up class for general strength development. The strength gained can be used in many applications and is also a prerequisite for a variety of gymnastic exercises.
Tactical pull-ups are not only for operators. This workshop is designed to teach the participant the system and the movement modules, up to the tactical pull-up. As with all of these workshops, the participant is not expected to already master the execution. It will be taught how to build them up with a series of exercise segments and planning.

Der Nutzen dieser Übung
Der Klimmzug ist mehr als nur eine Übung – er ist Ausdruck eines fundamentalen menschlichen Bewegungsmusters: sich selbst mit eigener Kraft hochzuziehen. Schon seit Urzeiten musste der Mensch klettern, sich über Hindernisse ziehen oder irgendwo festhalten, um zu überleben. Diese Fähigkeit steht sinnbildlich für Selbstermächtigung – die Kontrolle über den eigenen Körper.
Einen Klimmzug zu schaffen bedeutet, genug Kraft, Stabilität und Koordination zu besitzen, um das eigene Körpergewicht zu beherrschen. Das ist nicht nur funktionell, sondern auch zutiefst natürlich. In einer Zeit, in der vieles automatisiert ist und körperliche Anforderungen abnehmen, erinnert der Klimmzug daran, wozu der menschliche Körper eigentlich fähig ist.
Wer sich hochziehen kann, stärkt nicht nur Rücken und Arme – sondern auch Selbstvertrauen, Haltung und innere Stärke. Ein Klimmzug ist pure Unabhängigkeit in Bewegung.
