Kindertraining
A strong sense of physical well-being, self-confidence, and clear values are crucial foundations for a child’s journey through life. In the Kids’ Training course, I combine movement with kickboxing and Thai boxing, fun, and personal development into a holistic training program. The course takes place once a week, every Wednesday, and introduces children to martial arts in a safe, age-appropriate, and enjoyable way.

Content and Objectives of the Children's Training Program
The children's training program focuses on the fundamentals of boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. The content is tailored to the children's age and developmental level and taught in a playful manner. The emphasis is not on toughness or aggression, but on coordination, body control, reaction time, and flexibility.
The technical training is supplemented by a variety of coordination exercises as well as short strength and endurance sessions designed specifically for children. These promote healthy physical development, improve posture and motor skills, and enhance overall body awareness. At the same time, the children learn to concentrate, follow instructions, and recognize their own limits.
A central component of children’s training is teaching values and clear rules. Respect for others, discipline, fairness, consideration, and self-control are integral parts of every training session. The children learn to take responsibility for their own actions, resolve conflicts in a controlled manner, and cope with both successes and setbacks.
Children's training prepares kids not only physically but also mentally for the rest of their lives. They develop self-confidence, inner strength, and a positive self-image—important foundations for healthy personal and social development at school, in daily life, and during leisure time.
