About Me
My name is Falk, and I have been working as a trainer for over 25 years, the last 11 of which as an independent personal trainer.
My roots are in martial arts: I started my career as a kickboxer and Thai boxer at a young age. As the sport became more professional, I had to get to grips with different training methods to stay resilient and healthy in the long term - even after my active days. It's been a wild but exciting journey.
Despite the joy of sporting perfection, I realized early on that this phase would not last forever. That's why I started training as a coach at an early stage.
My knowledge of movement theory, physical resilience, biomechanics and health restrictions has enabled me to deepen my understanding and comprehensively round off my training concept. I also help people with physical problems to improve their mobility and quality of life through individually tailored training approaches, whether young or old.
My aim is to create a place where everyone - regardless of age or history, already active or not - can address their physical concerns from a mental and biomechanical perspective. My training approach is based on professionally sound methods and active, open communication that takes personal needs into account. I see myself as a partner who not only helps you to prepare for a long, healthy life, but also to sustainably increase your zest for life and everyday performance at work and in your private life.
On my website www.falk-monzel.com you will find more in-depth insights into my training philosophy and approaches.
